Each recording's automatic English captions were downloaded from YouTube and joined into passages; the September 17 council meeting, which had no captions yet, was transcribed from its audio by machine. The captions carry no speaker names; names were assigned by reading the transcript (the chair calls on each director by name; presenters hand off by name; public commenters introduce themselves) and spot-checked against the video. Proper nouns the captioner misheard are corrected (Kohl, Coal Creek, Montessori, El Dorado, Louisville, and the directors' names); everything else is verbatim caption text, so treat wording as approximate until you have listened.
