Familias, vecinos, exalumnos y niños de todo el distrito le pidieron a BVSD votar no a su plan de cierres. BVSD lo aprobó por 5 votos a 2 el 22 de septiembre. Aquí una voz:

We moved into our home 20 years ago just to be in the Douglass attendance area. Our two sons attended Douglass and had the best teachers. Douglass is a tight community and it would be a disservice to the talented staff and current students to close this incredible school.
