Familias, vecinos, exalumnos y niños de todo el distrito le pidieron a BVSD votar no a su plan de cierres. BVSD lo aprobó por 5 votos a 2 el 22 de septiembre. Aquí una voz:

I love this school. My children love this school. When my son was in 5th grade he saw high school graduates come visit Douglass in their cap and gowns. He spoke of how he looked forward to doing that when he graduates high school and now I fear it won’t be an option for him.
