Escríbale a la Junta →I went to Douglas before it was rebuilt and after. It makes me heartbroken to see it getting taken away. I loved the way this school operated and helped me as I was going through hard times. The teachers were always amazing and I have only heard great things about it since I continued through middle and highschool. All of my neighbors kids go there and if they move douglas’s kids to a separate location the young families in my neighborhood won’t get to walk their kids to school anymore and will have to make a longer commute everyday. Seeing my elementary school moving to a different location and lose all of everything they’ve built up, as a senior in highschool it’s really tough to watch. I really hope Douglas gets saved.
