Escríbale a la Junta de BVSD →I was a student at flatirons elementary school. It is a great school. The teachers truly care about how their students learn. I would've never felt so empowered going to middle school if I didn't go to Flatirons Elementary school. The teachers are passionate and kind. The school is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. A neighborhood tucked away in front of the flatirons and around beautiful scenery and a truly calm atmosphere. It's a safe Haven when the rest of the world feels overwhelming. This school always felt kind, loving, and shaped powerful thinkers and powerful feelers. So much of who I am today, I still remember being created at the school. I walked back to the school today just to walk around and remember everything that made me smile, made me cry and made me grow. I ask that you save the school for future generations to experience the same things. Too much of our world is changing, but some things are rooted in tradition and that is a good thing. So I ask that you listen to this and know that there are many other others you feel the same way.
