Where is the traffic study? Where is the promise that a traffic light will be put in at Lehigh and Table Mesa? Will BVSD now take responsibility for the liability of cars backed up every morning trying to go to work, Mesa parents trying to turn left to get their kids to school and what would happen in an emergency like a fire or someone who needs emergency medical care? If this is the new strategy, the structure needs to be in place too.
