Familias, vecinos, exalumnos y niños de todo el distrito le pidieron a BVSD votar no a su plan de cierres. BVSD lo aprobó por 5 votos a 2 el 22 de septiembre. Aquí una voz:

Displacing the students of Douglas Elementary is extremely reckless and shows little care for the relationships that students and parents alike have built over the years. Many kids at Douglas (including ours) were displaced during the Marshall Fire. Uprooting them once again is a decision we strongly discourage.
