Familias, vecinos, exalumnos y niños de todo el distrito le pidieron a BVSD votar no a su plan de cierres. BVSD lo aprobó por 5 votos a 2 el 22 de septiembre. Aquí una voz:

Both my children attended Douglass and it was a wonderful experience all around. Many times I have shared with others in the area about what a great school it is. Douglass was a big factor in choosing where we bought our home, and I would be so disappointed if BVSD moved forward with this proposed closure.
