As a grandparent of three Douglass students, I occasionally pick them up from school, I've experienced first-hand the tight community among the parents, teachers, staff, students, neighbors... and even grandparents. It would be morally unconscionable to break up that community. BVSD Board should vote as if their children were going to Douglass. "In a world full of choices, your vote is your moral compass."
