Studies have shown that closing schools usually does not save as much money as districts expect, and many end up breaking even or losing funds. This decision will impact not only the quality of the education our kids are getting but also the value of properties around the neighborhood. "We should NOT vote on a proposal with vague, unclear details. It is far wiser to walk slowly down the right path than quickly down the wrong one."
