Parents, neighbors, alumni and kids across the district asked BVSD to vote no on its school-closure plan. BVSD approved it 5–2 on September 22. Here’s one voice:

So BVSD can apparently afford one of the highest-paid superintendents in Colorado, but a Title I school serving vulnerable kids is where we’ve decided the budget simply becomes unsustainable. Interesting set of priorities. Vote NO.
