I support responsible fiscal stewardship, but decisions that permanently reshape our schools must be grounded in complete transparency and objective evidence. Before moving forward, BVSD should publicly release all of the data, financial analyses, assumptions, enrollment projections, and alternatives that informed this recommendation. Our community deserves the opportunity to evaluate whether displacing a successful school truly represents the best educational and financial outcome—not simply the only option presented. Trust is built through transparency.
