Email BVSD Board →I worked At Flatirons for 25 years. All three of our children attended Flatirons. Many of their closest friends to this day were made at Flatirons as were mine as a parent and employee. A neighborhood school is a vital part of a community. Besides educating, Flatirons provides a gathering place for socializing, volunteering and uniting neighbors. Having neighborhood elementary schools is critical to a communities cohesiveness. It's where it all begins and lifelong friendships for children and their parents take root.
