Boulders Comprehensive Plan is projected to increase housing and growth rate that was not included in the consulting firm reports. Your reports assume only decreasing enrollment, which could be a false premise to be working on. Closing neighborhood schools is permanent and will hurt growth in the neighborhoods impacted.
