I don't want to see MPK8 changed (getting rid of the elementary school because I really believe in the PK8 model), nor do I want to see any of our BVSD school communities broken apart. As a Marshall Fire family (we rebuilt and have been back home now ~2 yrs), we've had to be resilient long enough and these poor kids deserve a break. This "proposal" is not the only option to help with declining enrollment.
