Email BVSD Board →I have one child currently enrolled in 4th grade (started in kindergarten) and my other child attended from kindergarten thru 5th. It is our neighborhood school. My children ride their bikes there daily. The staff has been amazing and I can’t imagine our community where this school does not exist. Closing it will be detrimental to our community, the surrounding neighborhoods, and the children who have relied on its proximity to meet their education needs. It’s a title 1 school for a reason and more time and care needs to be put into making decisions around its closure.
