My kids went to Flatirons and my family still lives on The Hill. This neighborhood requires unique consideration. I understand the numbers and costs involved, but we also need to consider the critical importance of keeping the neighborhood diverse and appealing and livable for families, young professionals, and CU staff, as well as students.
