Flatirons is an excellent school and an extremely important part of the University Hill neighborhood. In addition to a exemplary elementary school education, it's festivals, after-school programs, and community outreach play a critical role in serving the academic needs of this area. The loss of this school would have a strong negative impact for the students and families that it serves.
