The Resilient Schools proposal is incomplete. BVSD fell short of putting together a complete and comprehensive proposal that allows for future consolidations and closures to occur in the very near future. Not only did the school board fail the students, teachers and staff with this current proposal, but the left the door open for more students teachers and staff to deal with similar issues.
