The district needs to provide the board with a detailed long term that includes open-enrolled students that have helped keep BVSD enrollment levels as high as they have been. With other districts closing nearby, BVSD has an opportunity to add additional students by encouraging open enrollment in the broomfield area especially (With adams 12 closing a school less than 3 miles away).
