Decisions need to be made with the broader context taken into account. What does this plan mean for a Boulder expected to grow in population? What does it mean for the Boulder's 15min neighborhood plans? What about the 2035 carbon neutrality goals? These decisions dont happen in a vacuum, they have important repercussions that will directly affect what Boulder will look like for all its inhabitants in the near future. We need to slow down, reflect on the whole plan with every aspect of schooling, liveabililty, transport, climate change, and resilience taken into account. This plan doesn't do that. Vote no.
